"on arrival the room was nice on the 11th floor with views of river.we went out for a meal and arrived back about 9pm.the hotel has a bar above this floor and we heard every footstep and dancing above us and the music was as loud as if we were at the club.people were in and out of the lifts on our floor to go upstairs.there was no control with these people as they came from the street and were not guests at the hotel.so asked reception to move us.this they did thankfully. the hotel staff are...

"Booked for one night only. Checked in quite late in the evening, which wasn't a problem. Friendly reception staff. Comfortable room and no noise issues despite being on main road opposite train station. Only issue was that after going for early morning stroll my room key wouldn't work when I returned to hotel. there was a staff member in the corridor but they said they could not open room and I'd have to go to reception. Got lift from 5th floor down to reception and they recharged keys. ...

"Had a great rate and this hotel is as worth every penny. Good location near A1. Good amount of easy parking. Lovely modern rooms. Good toiletries and great showers. 10/10 again 👍👍"

"The hotel was lovely staff were friendly only issues we found was the bed was uncomfortable and our bathroom had hairs in this was the only issue we had we really enjoyed our stay and we will be staying again just maybe try a different style room"
