"Nice little hotel in the historic district"

"At first they told us that the reservation was not sent by hotels.com and that there is available room. only when I said I will call hotels.com now and complain, they said ok will find you a room. Wanted to pay by visa, they said there is extra 10% if by visa. No hot water in the afternoon, parking entry is very narrow, breakfast is only from 07:30 to 09:00. Location is great."

"This is a nice, cozy hotel. The Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The one thing that was a bit bad well not bad but sort of uncomfortable is that there was no heating in the room and it got really chilly in the evening and morning but the comforter was sufficient to stay warm. There is a restaurant (Kolo) on the top floor and the food is super good and the Staff there super friendly. "

"The is a very old quaint hotel. It is adorable and well taken care of. The staff is top notch and go out of their way to meet every need, even before you know you need it. They attend to every detail. The breakfast is prepared and presented very tastefully. The staff make you feel right at home. Located in downtown, it is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We will return to this diamond in the rough, for future stays in Cuenca. "
