Es muy caro comparado con las facilidades del hotel, es muy viejo, las instalaciones de los baños, las habitaciones en sí son viejas, para lo que se paga, realmente no vale la pena recomendar. Hemos estado en hoteles mucho más baratos con excelentes servicios.

Did like the customer service at front desk I paid the bill in total at checkin and at check they wanted me to pay additional 10 dollars for room tax which she forgot to add when I checked in and paid in full the hotel did not want to waiver the fee I spoke to hotel manager and he insisted I had to pay it so I met them half way I paid 5 dollars not a good experience ☹️

Reservé una habitación en este hotel por dos razones: la ubicación y el hecho de que entre los servicios consta que ofrecen transfer gratuito desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Cuando llamé para indicarles mi hora de llegada me dijeron que el hotel no ofrece ese servicio y que debe ser un error de la plataforma de Expedia. Una vez en el hotel, les indiqué que en la confirmación de la reserva mencionaba el transfer. Nuevamente indicaron que era error de Expedia. No usaré los servicios del hotel cuando viaje nuevamente a Cuenca, ni tampoco lo recomendaré.
