"NaturHotel is very beautiful and totally a game changer in the hotel category. Such a beautiful place, scenery and if you come to relax in Cuenca, Ecuador; a must see place to stay.. However, here are just some flaws.. service request takes forever to come. There are only a few units so the service should be fast. I understand that the concept is “one with nature”, at least put a mirror?! It was a good stay.. would i come back? Yes! Just don’t expect too much.."

Alex, Mabel, Fernando, and Ana Maria all went above and beyond to help with recommendations and arrangements. The location is perfect and central to all the sites. The decor is luxurious.
