"We stayed in an ocean facing villa with an infinity pool. It was larger than I expected and you could do laps in the pool, when I was expecting more of a plunge pool. Amazing views and so peaceful. You can borrow snorkelling gear and kayaks from the beach kiosk and they are good fun to use in the sheltered bay. We only ate at one of the two restaurants but the food choices there were delicious. We had the booking that included afternoon tea and airport transfers but on arrival we discovered it also included a bottle of wine, a free massage treatment at the spa each and laundry and mini bar. Contact with reception was via WhatsApp which was very efficient. Service as great. Staff were lovely. It was all really relaxing. "

"Stayed in a Bungalow Villa. Although slightly dated , clean and with everything well thought out. Room was cleaned every day at no extra charge. Very good bar and restaurant with breakfast included. Good choice of food. Beach was stunning and so peaceful. Also hotel has a very good swimming pool which was again very clean and fresh pool towels provided daily. Staff were excellent- nothing too much trouble and very friendly. Only downside is that they didn’t understand much English but Google Translate took care of that. Special thanks to Jessie, Jon (the Assistant Manager) and Tam - excellent service Would definitely stay here again"

"It was a wonderful stay in Sheraton Phu quoc long beach resort. Very family friendly place, staff is polite, very clean rooms, amenities are great. Pool and pricate beach area. Definitely will come again"
