"This place is so nice if you want to relax on the beach and easy transportation around the north part of the island. However, the food is so not very good at all and so overpriced. It was really annoying to have to go into town to eat better food at a much better price. Also, no way to get large amounts of water for free here. I asked the bar to fill my water bottle and they said no I had to pay 60,000 for one small water bottle if I wanted water. "

"It was a decent place for the price we paid. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very polite and nice. The only down side was that there was a thin wall between our room and the room next door which meant that we could hear the people in the next room shower and sleeping. "Great hotel, great and helpful staff, very clean and has a really nice feel to it! Loved the pool area and the beach and the whole hotel so so well maintained. The vilas were beautiful and staff kept coming to give us free water and were so prompt with their service. Language is a bit of an issue in Vietnam but no complaints from the hotel, loved our stay! "It's the typical guest house rooms by the water. They have 2 locations, I didn't know this when I book after my friend book with them. They send me to the other side of the water. We had to carry 2 heavy luggage over the bridge. No elevators to 3rd floor. Room is basic, typical shower without cover so water can get everywhere. The staff are friendly and nice though. "Hotel is in a nice and quiet location. Within walking distance to shopping areas, shows, and bus stops. However, all linen (bed sheets, blanket, pillow cases, and even towels) were stained, found hairs (long hair and shaved hairs) on bed, shampoo & body wash was really watered down, found two used condoms in the trashcan, rat poop on window seal. Asked staff for extra towels because our towels didnt smell clean and was told he had no more. Cleanliness is questionable here. "
