"Excellent Concierge/Receptionist. Apartment was clean, quiet and thankfully warm - the receptionist told us he had put the heating on that afternoon for us, so it might be too warm - what a lovely gesture "

"It was great to have multiple spaces for us to work and have separate bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower lacked power, and the toilet seat needs fixing. It would have been nice to have some table lamps in the living room for a more relaxed feel. "

"We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "

"Great place to layover in Heathrow. Very close to the airport, there's a shuttle (that costs money), so if you are more than 1 traveler taking a cab or Uber is actually cheaper. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Loved the place and will definitely use it next time we need to"

"I often book here day before or after a trip. It's a great hotel close to the action but still has a sense of calm and prestige which is good for people who travel for work. Polite and attentive staff, clean environment and shop downstairs for convenience. "
