"A lovely guesthouse in a quiet road in Harmondsworth. We stayed in the family room which is a lovely size. The beds were amazingly comfortable and despite being close to Heathrow it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was brilliant also. We loved the stay and would definitely return."

"We had a lovely stay. Good quality quiet accommodation. Bed a little springy as I pref and firmer bed and nice and clean. Hubby likes a softer pillow. Great idea with a little kitchenette shared with 1 other room to make tea/coffee and a little bit of breakfast in the morning as hotel dosent currently offer this. Would stay again if in the area. Oh there is a keypad entry, which the lovely lady behind the bar showed us to use."

"Clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay and everything worked. However, it was noisy, at least the room faced towards the busy street. You could hear every single car through the closed window, someone's car alarm sounded in the middle of the night. Next time the house undergoes a refurbishment they ought to put another layer of windows at this room. "

"Its a bit run down but clean. Its in a house so could be noisy. Its conveniently located to the terminal. The check in experience should be improved as initially i felt it was a scam asking for payment i needed to confirm before making the payment ! An initial email with the dedicated number may help. "
