"Staff was very nice and helpful. However we were given no notice of check in time and caught workers as we were leaving. Had we been 5 minutes later, we would be 3 hours from the city with now where to stay. Worse the number (WhatsApp) we had with our reservation took 2 days for a response. It worked out , but was almost really bad Otherwise room was fine, breakfast was made to order and it was an authentic stay on the jungle. "

"This upper level of a two-story condo has such a beautiful tree house feel. We loved all the windows and jungle sounds. It was clean and well-equipped and we didn't hear any noises from the neighbors around us. Beds were very comfy. A lovely 15-minute drive back into Monteverde. It felt secluded without feeling isolated and is near many options for tours of all kinds. Highly recommend!"
