"I arrived early on a Tuesday after flight delays. The place was nice- a lot of construction going on- but nice. Pool looked like it needed a shock but it’s not yet hot enough. Walked into town and enjoyed good food at La casa de Layla. The host was nice. I missed breakfast because I was sleeping soundly. Comfy spot to get adjusted to Tico life. "

"Great views from the living area lots of windows but the unit had no Air Conditioning. During the day with that amount of windows in the main living area AC is a must, it got hot inside. Rooms were good but again no AC sleeping was a little uncomfortable. Overall ok for a short stay but adding AC alone would have made the stay go from average to great."

"The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and the house is at the end of a dead-end street, so even better. The apartment is one of four in the house, and very well appointed for a few days or longer. It has everything you need to visit the city, included a washing machine. "We liked the convenience of a nearby well stocked supermarket and proximity to major street with bus service. Bring your earplugs though as the sounds of the street/cars are quite loud at night. All in all we had lots of room for us and the apartments’ kitchen was better outfitted than expected. Despite a snag in our checkin we would come back and stay here"
