"The hotel is so beautiful; however, the area is very loud located next to the hospital and major hwy. The breakfast buffet is great, but the items off the menu (room service meals) we ordered were terrible, especially for the price. For these 2 reasons, we would likely choose a different location next year. "

"It was such an attractive, creatively put together and decorated place. The bed was especially comfy, and the ceiling fan was strong and made good white noise (needed in this busy city). I had the idea that it was closer to the airport than it was, but it was worth the bit of extra time it took to get there. Good value!"

"This hotel is so unique. It is full of the owner's personal and very robust art collection. Its like going to an art gallery or museum! Loved it! In a very nice area of town as well. The buffet brrakfast was great! There is also a wonderful Italian restaurant just across the parking lot, it was excellent. "

"24 hour shuttle back and forth to airport was amazing. The drivers were so helpful and kind. The front office will even give you a breakfast to go if you have a really early flight. Nice touch "

"I had stayed at this hotel multiple times now, it’s my hotel of choice when I want to stay close to the airport in San José. The staff is very professional and helpful. The facilities and surroundings are very well maintained. The pool area is very nice. The rooms are always spotless. The breakfast was acceptable. The shuttle service from and to the airport is a huge plus. Will keep coming back! "

"This is the fourth time staying at the Fairfield and it never disappoints. Customer service is top rated - Joshua went out of his way to accommodate my early arrival. The building is new, shuttle is always on time (every 30mins) and the breakfast provides a lot of options. I use to stay at the Hampton Inn - its now getting dated/expensive and breakfast is not as good as before. I am glad I found a new place to stay which is also within walking to shopping. "

"This will be my new "go to" when I'm in the area. It's a 10 minute drive to Santa Ana but nestled in the mountains below a coffee farm. It's super quiet, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The price is right and could not have asked for a better stay! It would be 10 stars if that was an option : )"

"I’ve stayed at many places but this is definitely one of my favorites. The building looks brand new and very well-maintained. There is a hangout room on the top floor with a huge Tv and coffee machine. Next to it is a small gym with a bathroom and a shower! There is also WiFi that works very well in both rooms! "The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, and so convenient having it in the hotel. Central location providing walking distance access to many San Jose highlights. The room was a bit dark, as a few of the lights weren’t working. We notified the front desk, so hopefully will be much improved for the next guests. There was a great sitting area outside our rooms for the group to gather and discuss plans etc. Very much appreciated! "

"The views were spectacular. The service was excellent. The room was spotless and beautiful. I have 2 suggestions. Add two hooks to one of the walls in the bathroom. There is no place to hand towels once used. Also, add a shelf under the sink area to place other toiletries."
