"Beautiful hotel."

"It's a small hotel. We booked a family suite which has the bedroom upstairs and sitting area downstairs, it's spacious though not quite efficient.The room is very nice and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is good too. The only disappointment was we didn't have any towels for the first night, the reception was already closed when we found.We saw ants in our room which would deduct the rating a bit. "When I arrived at the property I was a little dubious about the high rating that helped me decide to book this property. Straight away the greeting and check in process was friendly and smooth and the room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Every interaction with the staff was a pleasure and the breakfast was good quality and sufficient range of items. The location is spot on too, with plenty to see and do within a short walk. Excellent all round stay"

"The hotel is well located, very close to Centro Historico. It’s easy to get there from the airport by metro or by taxi. It’s very clean, the staff is extremely helpful. The beds are big and pretty comfortable. Room service is doing magnificent job. I would definitely stay here again. "
