"My husband and I had a fabulous 4 night stay in one of the studio apartments. Check-in went very smoothly when the super friendly desk staff escorted us to the parking garage and then to our clean and beautifully decorated room. The breakfast staff, especially the handsome well-mannered servers, were attentive and friendly. The buffet breakfast was lovely and filling. What more could you ask for?"

We had to argue for the room we orginally paid for and also we were downgraded for the end of our stay. It felt like we paid a lot of money ($450/nt) to not be treated like anything special. $450 is a lot of momey in Portugal. or anywhere..it was disappointing. I think the staff is very nice but they seemed stressed. The management forces them to...
