"The check-in process is not smooth. I was told to call when we arrived to the apartment and when I did it was 20 minutes until someone was available to meet us at the apartment to check use in. A long 20 minutes after a long day of travel. The apartment location was fantastic, centrally located to all attractions. The size was good.
