"Really lovely hotel with amazing staff and great facilities particularly for the children with an incredible kids pool and kids club. The buffet restaurant had a fantastic range of food with lots of well marked options for dietary requirements such as vegan. Gym was well equipped and there were some nice activities arranged. The evening shows were fantastic."

"Hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Rooms were spotless. Food was excellent. There was strike action while we were there and only room service and a limited cleaning service was available but it did not affect our stay. "

"This could easily be the nicest hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. We stayed in their sister hotel, Royal Gardens, two years ago and were allowed to use the facilities here. Ever since then, I’ve wanted to come back and stay, and it didn’t disappoint. The whole ambience is the biggest selling point, so peaceful and green with incredible facilities. The river villas with swim up private pool are excellent. Staff were very friendly, great food options and plenty of space around the two...
