"Lovely property. Helpful friendly staff. Good food. Easy parking. Lovely shower. Bed headboard a bit dusty but apart from that spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size. Good range of hot drinks in room with decent sized cups and nice glasses. Lovely touch with personal welcome note and chocolates. "The room is dated but the bed and pillows were comfortable. It needs better lighting in the room as it is very dull and un inviting plus the desk lamp was not working. With the design of all rooms you do feel like you are staying at a Butlins site. The evening meal in the pub was very good but the breakfast was acceptable but needed to be hotter I stayed one night which is fine but wouldn’t want to stay longer "
