"Hotel Iberia is exactly what it says it is. It IS a 2/3-star hotel - so you're not expecting luxury, but after a day there, I did find the charm in it. It's got old PR vibes. The rooms are older, (mine was windowless) but its clean, and the host was helpful. :) Very easy to walk places."
