"Checked in without any complications. Asked about shuttle services and other amenities. The night clerk was very nice and professional. Room was nice and clean but a little dated. Bed was a little hard for my liking. Shower pressure was good. The only complaint I had was getting a bill higher than I was quoted. When I checked out in the morning I spoke with front clerk and he adjusted the bill lower but his aditude was non salant. Said it really wasn’t their fault all the fees weren’t up front....

"We got in at 3am and had called to make sure they wouldn’t give away our room. The gentleman working overnight was super friendly and helpful… he actually upgraded us to a two bedroom suite. Sadly we were only there overnight, but we definitely appreciated it! The breakfast there is also one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. 10/10 recommend!"
