"Clean, everything worked, staff were excellent. We needed help a couple of times for the tv and each time someone responded immediately. We had a two-bedroom suite which was perfect for our needs. We were in Juarez for immigration process, excellent location to US Consulate. "

"If you are choosing to stay here for the consular interview, this is a perfect hotel. It is only a 3 minute walk to the biometrics (ASC) and 4 minute walk to the consular and 5-6 minute walk to one of the clinics (CMI) but for the clinic they have free transportation. For me, this was the best option to stay in as you can add breakfast to your stay which I think was good food and saves you money. "
