"It was all right nothing fancy. The breakfast is not located in the hotel you have to go to the one next door. The coffee machine in the lobby was not working. The hotel was in remodeling and they would randomly turn off the water. Everyday I had to shower without hot water until maybe the last day. Once I was about to shower and the water had a brown color and smelled like nail polish remover / alcohol which was because they were fixing it? The bad thing was they wouldnt let you know so you...

"The people were super nice. The moment u entered they treated me well. They made me feel comfortable. They treated me like they knew me like an old friend. It was an excellent customer service. They were very polite and helpful. The room was super clean and the was very comfortable. When I went to breakfast they person super polite and they were very friendly. All I can say is that overall an pleasant experience. "

"Room facing the High was loud cars speeding down the street. I would think the rooms would be more sound proof. The. My neighbors I could hear their conversation and the TV. Walls are thin. Other then that it was great love the amenities given with the 8th floor."
