"Have stayed here before however this time I’m not as impressed. The room was so very hot. The bed was very uncomfortable so I didn’t sleep well at all. The net curtain in the room is ripped. The toilet seat didn’t stay up without being held. There was dark mould around the bottom of the shower screen. And the extraction fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The staff were lovely and very friendly. "

"Arrived to the hotel early and they had no problem storing our suitcases until check in. All the people behind the service desk were super helpful and friendly. Even helped give us recommendations for where to eat on the evening. Went to the swimming pool twice while we stayed and was a nice amenity. The room we stayed in was a decent size and clean. Had breakfast on the morning which is a buffet and is well worth it, the variety and amount that is available is plenty and good quality too. Always enjoy when we stay here. "

"This was a delightful 3-star hotel which gets 5 stars from me in that category. The lovely warm hospitality started upon my check-in. Shout out to Michael for his warm welcome, extremely friendly and welcoming. All his colleagues, the whole team, were really nice too. The room was a decent size, as was the bathroom - just the right size, any smaller and it would’ve been too small. The bed was fine, the mattress was fairly comfortable. The sheets were good enough. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. My room, 206, was at the back of the building so it was quiet. There was some noise from the corridor/other rooms, but none from outside. Overall, the noise wasn’t too bad. The breakfast was great, and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel location is perfect - central and a few minutes’ walk from the station. Overall, excellent. Very happy with my stay."

"I thought this was a great hotel. Everything was in excellent condition and very clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the train and metro service is five minutes and there are lots of chain and non-chain restaurants and take away nearby. Room had a table and chairs for eating at or working. Only qualm was I’d have liked a choice of pillows as the ones on the bed were too high for my neck. Other than that, perfect stay. "
