"I enjoyed my stay at Cinnamon Red, the room was modern, clean and had a great view from 25th floor - I liked that they supplied 2 water bottles daily and provided a minibar. "While I know I came before official check in time, no rooms were ready. There was no one at check in so I had to look for someone. They said I could wait in their sitting room for a few hours until a room was ready. I asked where their restaurant was so I could get breakfast as it was about 1030 am and they said they weren't opening the restaurant that day... Taking it as a sign of things to come, I just left and booked a room at Galle Face Hotel instead. "
