"Room was great. The hotel facilities are ok, but not excellent. Pool is fine, though small. The gym is tiny. Restaurant is ok. A bit too expensive for the food they offer. I stayed twice at this hotel. The first time, I got a very noisy room and I was given a different room the second time, which was not noisy. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying there again."

"This was an an amazing find right in the centre of Colombo city. Many attractions were within walking distance or a short tuktuk ride away. The staff were really attentive and eager to please. The room, or suite as it was really, was fabulous; elegant and spacious, and included a small private courtyard area. "While I know I came before official check in time, no rooms were ready. There was no one at check in so I had to look for someone. They said I could wait in their sitting room for a few hours until a room was ready. I asked where their restaurant was so I could get breakfast as it was about 1030 am and they said they weren't opening the restaurant that day... Taking it as a sign of things to come, I just left and booked a room at Galle Face Hotel instead. "
