"Fantastic stay. On check inn they upgraded our booking to a suite which was a great suprise. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The suite was clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The kitchenette consisted of kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, sink and table and chairs, sofa, two armchairs and a Tv. "Everything about inside the hotel was good the only thing that wasn`t in line with the interior was the exterior and the car park both of these need to be refurbished and then the place would be nice right throughout. I was greeted by a friendly and pleasant gentleman at the reception desk and also had my room upgraded, so that was a nice uplift to my experience."

"The best thing about this hotel is the location in that you are literally across the road from the BP Arena if that is your purpose for visiting! The parking was easy (we used the multi storey which is only £10 for 24hours if you validate your ticket at hotel reception) It is located within the shopping centre but rooms are up high so no noise or disturbance. Everywhere is very clean and rooms are big and have everything you need (although everywhere looks a bit dated it’s not really a problem...
