"The hotel is really nicely decorated, very kind staff at the front desk and a good location. When I entered my room it was like the Sahara desert, the heating was on full whack so it was a bit of a shock, assuming that was unintended but I managed to turn it off and the temp reduced. Unfortunately I was in a room that the window faced into a corridor so I couldn't really open the curtains but this didn't really worry me as I wasn't in the room much. "This is a great hotel next to the train station and a short walk to the city centre. Whilst the room was very clean and comfortable, the climate control didn't seem to work, and it was a little dated in places, namely the TV and the bathroom could do with an update. The service at check-in was very welcoming, and i wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

"We stayed for one night in a double room. The rooms were clean and fine, a little older in the decor. But the patio doors to the balcony were labelled out of order and a breeze could be felt through the seal. When raised with reception they were brilliant, checked other rooms and moved us to one which didnt have the sign on the door. The staff were lovely and did everything they could to accommodate us. We had dinner there and this was really good."
