"The condo is clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good—just a short drive to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo is on the 2nd floor and has a nice balcony that overlooks the pool and clubhouse. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway!"

"Ted was a fantastic host from beginning to end and the property was ideal for a family of 4 on vacation. We stayed for 3 whole weeks and we were comfortable the entire time. We enjoyed the heated pool and the beach and aquarium were very nearby. We were able to keep the place clean and use the laundry facilities because it was so well-stocked. "We are retired and have now stayed twice at the Avalon in Clearwater. Both condos that we had the pleasure of staying at were clean and exactly as advertised. The Avalon has a very nice heated pool and the location is perfect. Close to Clearwater Beach, Dunedin and numerous restaurants and grocery stores. It is only 30 minutes away from the Tampa airport. We hope to be back in the future depending on how the recent political situation shakes out."

It is a short drive to the bridge that leads to Clearwater Beach, and is close to a grocery store and pretty much anything else you'll need.The hosts were great and responded quickly to any questions. "We had a week stay and had a wonderful time, it was clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed for our beach days. The property itself was nice and clean, the heated pool was amazing and hands down the highlight of our trip for my 5 and 8 year old! The only downside we found was getting from there and back from the beach in traffic was insane. What should've taken us 20 minutes took an hour in heavier traffic. 4 miles to the beach does not mean quick drive to the beach in FL traffic....
