Room was filthy. Carpet dirty with food scraps from previous guess as well as dirty clothes under couch left behind. No shower pressure and below average overall cleaning in the room. Will never stay there again. Too many weird people hanging around the parking lot from the motel next door.

Great location, clean and good breakfast. But unfortunately I was given a room on the second floor above the event room which was rented out for a party. The first night was great but the second one I only slept for a couple of hours due to the noise. When brought up at the check out next day I was told that nobody complaint that I should have said something the night before so the issue could be entered in the system. Why would you place someone on a room right above the event room knowing there would a party?

Here's a structured review based on your experience: Hotel Review: Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Clearwater/US 19 N** Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Clearwater/US 19 N for one night, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. **Check-In Experience:** Upon arrival, I encountered a significant issue with check-in. The young woman at the front desk appeared upset and was not welcoming at all. Rather than feeling greeted and appreciated as a guest, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Her demeanor was off-putting, and it reflected poorly on both the hotel and the IHG brand itself. **Room Condition:** Regrettably, things did not improve once I got to my room. The smell was unbearable; it was difficult to determine its source, but the bathroom reeked of what seemed like dirty mopped water, while the overall room smelled similar to a high-school boys' locker room. This lack of cleanliness was incredibly disappointing. **Overall Impression:** In conclusion, my experience at this IHG property was deeply unsatisfactory. The unfriendly check-in process and the unpleasant conditions of the room indicate a failure at multiple levels. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this hotel in the future, as I believe there's much room for improvement in both service and cleanliness.

This hotel is built and designed very well. My husband was impressed from a structural point of view. I was impressed with the amenities and comfort point of view. The cost was quite reasonable. Breakfast was top notch. We will stay here again.

First of all, I must say the hotel was in pretty good condition. The complaint that I have is that they seem to only cater to a family that was having a huge party. It was so loud in the lobby that we couldn’t even talk to the front desk clerk. The music was echoing throughout the whole hotel and there were way more people there than just hotel guest, so it was impossible to navigate around the hotel
