"Perfect for a vacation or spring break, kitchen & beds were all we needed since we were outdoors most of the time. The pool was nice & maintenance very well. Had lots of seating & the putt putt course shuffle board were a nice addition. It was not very busy so we often had the pool to ourselves which was nice! Lovely stay definitely recommend."

"My daughter and I decided on a very last minute spring break trip to Clearwater. The accommodations were just as described. The staff was very attentive. There was an issue with the a/c. I sent a text informing management and they had someone there to fix it right way. It’s a cute place with a nice a pool area. The location is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Just what we were looking for!"

"The property itself is not in a very nice neighborhood. The police were called to the apartment/room across the parking lot for a domestic situation twice, and the second time also involved EMS and the Fire Department. The pool itself was nice, but the lounge chairs were were all sunk in, so we bought our own. The bathroom is tiny, and the shower very narrow with very little water pressure. The bedroom is large with a comfortable bed, but there was dog hair on the mattress pad."
