"While the room is obviously newly renovated and clean, it smelled like cigarettes in there. Outside the units are bunch of personal items from the other unit that seems to be from people who are checked in for a longer stay or like they actually live there. By the parking lot, there are homeless people camping out by the dumpster in their cars and RV. They wouldn’t bother you and I wasn’t really bothered but just wanting to let other people know so they don’t get surprised when they come to stay...

"This apartment was clean, cozy, and came with all of the essentials you'd need for a short or long stay. The bed was very comfortable, the number and quality of amenities were above average, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Check in was a breeze, and street parking was available about 20 feet away from the private entrance. You will need to walk up a few stone steps and open a gate to access the entrance, so keep that in mind. There are numerous grocery stores and shopping centers...

"The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, although I do recommend that the shower supplies such as shampoo and soap be labeled. We arrived in the afternoon and the house was hot. It is not centrally air conditioned. There is only a small unit in the living room that is not effective enough."
