"Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location with a metro station directly outside and a 10 minute walk from Las Ramblas and the port. Rooms were a little dated but had everything needed for the stay including an iron. The view from the rooftop is stunning, especially at sunset. Don’t be fooled by the size of the pool though it is quite small, we didn’t use it but would be OK to cool off. Would definitely return and have recommended to others since our return."

"Great staff and cafe beside the hotel is vey yummy but stay away from the Greenvita. Staff is very unfriendly. Out of 40 tables, only one was occupied and the staff would not allow me to sit by the window as I was only one. They wanted to put me behind a post. The place was totally empty and they would rather lose my business than let me sit by the window. "

"A charming and lovely hotel with lots of amenities- we really enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room and it’s extra cool because it is underground in an old coal room. Breakfast Buffet was yummy, glad we only did it once though- any more would have been way too much. They have nice touches like live music thurs-sat and the rooftop area. Would definitely recommend!"

"Serras Barcelona is a WONDERFUL hotel. The lobby and rooms were beautifully appointed. Every night we came home to a small delicious treat from the kitchen. The room was quiet and very well equipped with all the amenities you would expect— even a steamer and flat iron for your hair. "This W never disappoints. Even though the hotel is nearly full, service was still fantastic. The gym is well equipped, has plenty of space and a gorgeous view. Food and wine are excellent and of course being on the beach makes this hotel unique in Barcelona. The only drawback is that you have to take a taxi to get anywhere - but small price to pay"
