"Booked as a solo woman relax trip. Stayed 3 nights. Location great and lovely views from the roof. Staff were friendly and the hotel has high quality provisions. The breakfast had many options and had a champagne section. I ordered room service once, it was reasonably priced and delicious. One issue I did have, I had put the do not disturb sign on my door and 2 mornings the cleaners came in. I spoke to management and they resolved things. "

"Serras Barcelona is a small gem. The location is a few blocks walk to the gothic area with loads of shops, restaurants and charm. If you cross the street from the hotel you can walk along the water and the small boat harbor surrounded by shops, restaurants and locals enjoying the day. The ports are just a few minutes away by cab. What makes Serras unique however is the staff.
