Only point i was not expecting from hotel they put small bottles of waters in your room and if you ask for water again they charge you which around the world all 5* hotels give those small water bottles as complimentary. "The hotel is conveniently located. We appreciated being given access to our room (#311) early. Many restaurants nearby, as well as shopping. We also appreciated reception staff arranging a taxi for us to the airport, Our room was lovely and clean. Huge bed and comfortable too. It had a safe, which we appreciated. We are not sure why the cleaning lady started to enter our room while we were there. The bathroom was large and clean. The shower stall was huge, lots of hot water available and good...

"Beautiful place and experience. Staff were always smiling, nice, and made our stay wonderful. The location is superb. The only negative was, while the bathroom was beautiful, there was a smell coming from what we believe was a silver drain in the middle of the floor. We put a towel over it and the smell went away and all was good. We would absolutely stay again and recommend. "
