"Great location, within walking distance to everything. It is near University: lots of nightlife. The hostal is very basic, do not expect anything fancy. Tiny elevator and narrow stairs. It is clean and the front desk is friendly and helpful. They do have front desk 24/7. "

The day of my birthday, I returned later in the evening and was gifted a small box of chocolates as well as a very nice note with well wishes. We spent our days as tourists and came back to the room briefly before heading out again in the evening. The location is very convenient for shopping, restaurants, and the flamenco show which we saw at the City Hall. We were able to travel easily using public transit. The bed was firm but comfortable. The room had very good lighting options, and sufficient electric plugs for charging our devices....
