"Had a great stay in Medieval House Viterbo. Room was great, nice family feel to the place. Only concern is there was more food than we could possibly need or eat at breakfast. Seriously though good location as we were able to walk every where we felt we needed to in town."

"We had two stays within two weeks. The first room was delightful and spacious. The second room and bathroom were small and cramped. There were several different people that staffed the front desk, some were friendly, some were not. The breakfast was always generous with many good options to choose from."

"The first night wasn’t so good. No ac and the fridge didn’t work. We told the guy on duty and he said he’d check it out the next day:(. Room was very noisy. The did move us the second night to a bigger room, much cooler and quieter. "

"We liked that the rooms were large and had 2 double beds instead of single beds. The hair dryer was even in the bathroom. They provide shuttle service to/from airport, Vatican, Coliseum, Trastevere for a reasonable price. We used taxi service for other areas. Had nice bar and restaurant and great breakfast buffet. Best of all, they had a nice area for smoking which we appreciated greatly. They have a beautiful spa area but the one downfall for me was the low temperature on the jacuzzi. 30c they...

"Old hotel, but clean"

"The staff here are excellent very helpful and friendly. Couldn't do enough for you. The hotel is set in the residential area. So a bit of a trek to the sights but there is public transport near. We just like to walk so we see all the sights. The room was comfortable but the shower we had was small. Terrace area and bar nice and relaxing and great service from the staff again. The area comes alive in the evening and I would recommend going to these small taverns and bars. Went to a amazing bakery...
