Plates, forks, cups, dish soap, dish washing sponge were provided. Cons: When we arrived, we had to wipe down the table and floors to clean up oils and spots from the previous guests. When looking under the beds, it was apparent that the floor under the beds had not been cleaned in a long time, with dirt, dust, and...

"The location of Apartments Hakuba was perfect - just a short walk to the ski lifts, bus stop & restaurants. The accommodation is pretty new so still in great condition - basic but clean. It wasn't as large as other 2 bedrooms that we've stayed at but was adequate for us & our adult son. "

"The property manager was easily accessibly which was good as we never received our check in info. My husband and son loved the space - they believe it is the most spacious room we have had yet. The area is a little different but was easy enough to navigate."

"The fully contained apartment was a pleasure to stay in. It was private, comfortable and uniquely Japanese.for a split level space. There were plenty of futon beds and the kitchen had all that we needed. The attic bedroom was comfortable but does not have standing room. Thank you for a unique Japanese stay."
