Staff was efficient, accommodating, and they reached out to us to make sure everything was as expected for our stay and our rooms were in perfect order. As a bonus, when we arrived, there was coffee, tea, and other refreshments available as well as cookies, which was a big hit with our grandchildren. We will definitely be staying at this hotel the next time we visit Lancaster area."
