The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, chic yet cozy, surrounded by lush tropical greenery and featuring an amazing pool area. I spent countless relaxing hours lounging by the crystal-clear pool. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and personalized welcome messages. Waking up each morning to the serene views of the tropical gardens was pure bliss. A huge thank you to the entire team at Twinpalms Phuket for making my stay unforgettable. "This was the best service provided by all but mostly Naded at the concierge desk. She booked all of our dinners, tours, taxis. The resort had wonderful food. We loved the Dara Thai restaurant (female chef) with star gazing afterwards and breakfast was included. They had nightly events at dinner, a garden (please tour) and the wellness center was fantastic. "
