"EXCELLENT! The Surin does not miss a thing. Every little detail from the beach bags, hats. The pillow menu. It was all just divine. Each and every staff member who served us was so kind. The pool is just gorgeous and the right depth. The sun beds were so comfortable, the beach- the cleanest you’ll find in Phuket. My partner and I dined at the beach restaurant and tried the degustation and every dish was delicious and balanced. The place does have stairs so guessing if you were needing wheelchair access it would not suit you. But we did travel with our one year old and had no issues around the property as the carts are always available to transport you where you need to go. We would come back in a heart beat and am already dreaming of it. Thankyou Surin for an unforgettable experience. "

"This was one of the best, if not the best hotel I have stayed at in my life. Comparing this to hundreds of hotels I've stayed at globally; it was better by miles in every aspect possible than anything i have ever stayed at. Everything was just too perfect. I believe this is the ultimate spot for anyone looking for an extremely luxurious, quiet and private stay. The attention to details was something i have never seen before, truly astonishing. They took every note/request i had and did it better than I asked for. Will be coming back here every time I visit. "Likes: - Friendly and efficient staff overall - Free on-premise (only) bicycle for each adult guest - Hotel transportation to private beach - Great view of lagoon - Privacy as this is a villa only property Improvements needed: - Brakes on most bicycles couldn't stop the bicycles (the property has lots of downward slopes) - need to use feet to stop on the narrow road to avoid incoming buggy cars - Waited ~20 minutes under the hot sun at the outdoor activities centre for the staff to arrive in order to get and use the hotel kayaks"

"For the price the property and service were incredible. We could check in early and out a little late. It was walkable to the beach but through an area under construction currently. Heavily Russian tourist area. The rooms were spacious and fairly clean. Kids bedding was shabby and the fridge was not very cold but the “popsicle phone” by the pool and the slide made up for it! Was quiet and cool enough in the rooms. For the price I would definitely stay here again if I needed a short stay in Phuket. "
