"Good but nowhere near great. Old towels (think 2-star motel), quirky design of that just doesn't really work, breakfast bit of a disaster with queues to get in and then again at the coffee machines. May have the three worst 5-star hotel bars, with the bar staff unable to make many of the classic cocktails (you want to give them a chance at first but then end up drinking somewhere else for the rest of your stay)."

"We stayed for 2 nights at the end of a three week holiday in Malaysia and Vietnam and chose this hotel due to its location, swimming pool and price. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was small but that’s standard for Singapore, and the space was used effectively. A couple of coat hooks would have made better use of one of the walls.
