"The hotel is very good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of offerings to satisfy virtually any taste. The only problem we had was when we were given a room on the 26th floor, and the noise from the airflow system was so loud it was impossible to sleep (it was not part of the air conditioning and so could not be controlled). We reported it to the reception desk and they arranged for us to be moved to another room, this time on the 25th...
