I know the rooms are a slightly dated but the rooms are clean, mattress, pillows and showers are very good and that is most important to me. The only issue I had was several of the tv channels kept going out. Other than that I was very satisfied.

The property itself is great to stay, rooms are spacious and well cleaned. Breakfast is good. The only thing we did not like was that we had to pay additional charges for an early check- in which was a big surprise especially when we made a request in advance at the time of booking and we were not told about early check-in charge in the reply received from hotel. We travelled with 2 kids and had no choice but to pay early check-in charges. Good stay overall, and lot of shopping and food options nearby.

Great hotel, best service, gym and pool area very clean. I think they should add some entertainment for children like ping pong tables in the pool area. Closer to main orchard road. Food and massage at the area is wonderful. Highly recommended

Overall happy staying with the family here. Excellect buffet breakfast (although very crowned), daily room service, conceirce service, swumming pool, rom all are very good. However, Tandoor restaurant is extremely expensive and the service simply hortible although food was good. The management may look to improve the restaurant service if they want to ask ccustomers to pay that extremely high price for Indian meals.

Holiday Inn, City Centre was a great stay for our family. Very well maintained and wonderful housekeeping and cleanliness standards. The staff was very courteous and prompt with any requests we had. The hotel itself is at a great location, all walkable distances to public transportation and shopping and dining options as soon as you step out. Breakfast serevd by Holiday Inn was undoubtedly the best meal of the day many choices to choose from.
