"Terrible check-in experience which took 20 mins. Seemingly no rooms available at 1945 of the calibre booked (and pre-paid). Very reluctantly upgraded but only after refusing to split my stay across 2 rooms"

"Loved the hotel -- attractive, very visible so I could spot and find it easily. Loved fact that 12th floor (reception) and 27th (pool and restaurant) were open with terraces -- always aware of lovely tropical breezes. Great setting near Chinatown/Downtown, lots of transportation modes close by. Nicely equipped room for a wheelchair. "

"The hotel is located in a great area. MRT station, hawker centers, and a nice mix of bars and restaurants are nearby. Service was friendly and helpful. The room is on the smaller side and the air conditioner was slow to respond/cool the room down, however overall good value for the price. Wifi is free, however the connection was inconsistent. "
