"This was the best choice of the trip! The location was ideal for Chinatown and very near the bus stop, as well as as lovely breakfast spots. Checkin to leave bags was a breeze early in the AM and I returned late evening to find the bags were in my room. The free gifts in the room were numerous and incredible! "One of the worst check in experience I had encountered. Unhelpful & poor attitude front office staff. Also, very misleading check in information. It’s said 24hrs by self service kiosks which do not issue room so there are no difference from indicating honest check in timing. Very false and misleading information, thus is one of the example from a lists! Regards, K"
