"We appreciated the clean appearance overall. The staff were excellent in every way. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the lounge area for relaxing and playing cards. The coffee/espresso machine is a nice touch. We stayed for two days while sight seeing and waiting for our cruise. A great space to hang out between adventures! We also appreciated the restaurant attached to the hotel. Very good meals and staff. "

"We checked in very late after a late arrival at the airport and were greeted warmly, and then very efficiently set up with our room keys and offered hot tea and hot chocolate. The room was clean and lovely and had a great view. We left our luggage in a locked room behind the front desk the following day and explored San Fran before heading back to the airport."
