"We didn't fancy driving home after a long day travelling so we booked this place for the night, arrived around midnight after our flight from Egypt. Super easy to find, 5 minutes drive from the airport. Room was ready for us with the key on the side, room was cosy and had everything we would need. Decor was great. "Loved our stay at the Lighthouse. We arrived rather late after a full day at Longleat, but it was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Check in was friendly and the room was lovely and impeccably clean. Breakfast was tasty and my gluten/dairy free husband was well catered for and my son couldn’t wait to try out the play area! Just a lovely stay all round. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time we visit the area."

"A warm welcome. The rooms (2) we visited were spacious and the beds were super comfortable for a great night's sleep. The hotel is close to the river which, at the time had a fast current. The full English breakfast was freshly cooked and wholesome."

"Room was extremely small - no room for suitcases or bags. Midgies were an issue and had to close window - being so small the room was super stuffy. A fan was available which helped a little. If stairs are an issue for you - find somewhere else. Okay for a quick one night stop but wouldn’t recommend for any longer. Dinner (lamb) was amazing - highly recommend the food. "
