"Good location, walking distance to most major sights. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is pretty good except sometimes slow to refill items that ran out. Would be nice to provide ice. Construction going on, with scarf folding all over the place, inside and out, lots of debris on balcony, therefore, unable to step out for fresh air."

"Great property! Breakfast was delicious! The pool was unfortunately closed during our stay, but overall great hotel that is a 15 min drive from downtown Florence. We had our own car and were able to park on site."

3 night stay

"Had a great 3 night stay for a work trip. Location is great only a few minutes walk from the station. Easy walk to most central attractions and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable but very small, and the shower tiny! Everything functional but small! Double room was a good size for one person but would have been a squeeze for a couple. Breakfast options were limited but everything very tasty and good quality considering it is included in the room price. I would definitely recommend for a short stay for 1 person, any longer or more than 1 person in the room the small size might become annoying. "
