"Nice place, typical of Venice.. it is not a hotel, rather it seems almost like a Air B & B in which you pick up your keys if you get there past two. Staff were helpful. We got lost, due to my cell phone in the narrow streets for some reason. We figured it out and used the son's phone.. also, use google maps.. not Waze. I did not spend the time to learn the water Taxis before arriving, they are a very nice way to get around. "
