"Due to facility issue the hotel cancelled my reservation the day before my intended stay, which is New Year’s Eve. They did provide an alternative option for accommodation. But the main reason for me to book here is it is by the water and the alternative one is 20 min walking to the water so I turned down the offer. "Everything was great with our stay Oct 26th 2024 for one night however when I booked 2 days prior it said I would be charged at the property at checkin but was still immediately charged $75.94. When I checked in at the property on 26th they charged me another $76.90. It has been 3 calls now to request a refund and 2 weeks after still nothing. This was my only concern."
