"It's everything I look for in a stay. A bed, bath, a low price and that's about all I need. The bath could have used ventilation but the window opened onto a block wall. There was A/C, but the controls didn't work. It's freeze or stew. Not for the weak deluxe traveler. Met my low needs."

Oyo Hotel Marías did process the deposit for a king suite per the contract. The balance was to be paid upon arrival. When I did arrive the attendant would not process a credit card payment and demanded cash. That was the start of the breach of contract. This was a nonrefundable booking. Finally get to the room to find 2 double beds and it was not the suite I...

"Made 2 res with these scammers. First one, uneventful. Checked with desk re: next res, a-o.k. On return the scam began. First they claimed it was not prepaid. Then they said they only did business with booking.con. i ANEVER DO i polutelt remibdd them of my first book with them. DO NOT PAY THESE SCAMMWRS. Not only did they want me to pay again, they wanted at a higher rate. I refused and had to seek where to go at this late hour. Very inconvenient, and sure to cost more than with orbitz online....

"Incredible stay at Villa Marcella. The rooms are nice and comfortable and it’s great finishings. The food was delicious, highly recommend the ceviche caribeno. Pizza was tasty while relaxing in the pool. This is the place to relax and lounge around. No cell phone reception. WiFi is spotty. Bugs are around so load up on your repellant. "

"Only a 3 start hotel but it was clean, quiet and they allowed me to take possession of my room several hours before 3 pm. I had a very early flight and arrived at the hotel at 9 am. Was sleeping by 930. I’ll be back. "

"Pros: Fast efficient friendly check in and bellboy service. Had a quick dip in the pool and it had bar/food service. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Quiet respite to the outside. Parking was easy. Overall I would recommend. Cons: there was the same room service food/tray in the corridor for our entire stay. The safes don’t work in the rooms."
