"We have stayed at this hotel several times when we go to CA and always have a pleasant stay. This last trip was different because the room a couple units down from ours caught on fire. The whole place was evacuated for what seemed like eternity! When we were let back in the floor was soaked and our room smelled like smoke but thankfully none of our belongings were damaged. This was not a great experience. "

"I had to move out of my house during a renovation, and this cottage in Chatsworth was perfect. Beautifully decorated with great lighting, and most importantly for me, a dedicated room for an office where I could work from home. The owners are a nice couple, that were very responsive the couple of times I needed to contact them. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a place to stay."
